State suspends Cape Coral nurse's license

NBC-2 reports:
"The Florida Department of Health has announced the emergency suspension of a Cape Coral Registered Nurse's license.
According to the suspension order, 37-year-old Crystal Renee Tucker entered a plea of no contest to selling cocaine, a second degree felony, in July 2011.
The emergency suspension was issued because Florida Statutes require the Department of Health to suspend the license of a person who pleads no contest to a felony.
She has also been arrested on prostitution charges.  Tucker has 30 days to appeal the emergency suspension."
My thoughts are that everyone that works at a hospital should be required to take weekly drug tests
because they have such easy access to painkillers they might be tempted to use and/or sell these
drugs.  I don't see a downside to drug tests.
