Dismissal of Vehicular Homicide Charges
I'm pleased to announce that I convinced the prosecutor to dismiss vehicular homicide charges against my client in case no. 10-CF-020075. After depositions were taken in the case, I set the case for a motion to dismiss and the prosecutor dismissed the charges before the hearing.
